Capture housing vibrations directly as a 4–20 mA signal
The TM016 is a compact vibration transmitter for direct monitoring of housing vibrations on rotating machinery. The device generates a standardized 4–20 mA signal proportional to the measured vibration, allowing it to be directly connected to PLC or DCS systems.
Depending on the application, the TM016 can detect both vibration velocity and acceleration – each as a peak or RMS value. This makes the system suitable for both simple trend monitoring and basic condition diagnostics.
Particularly relevant for practical applications are the robust stainless steel design, high temperature resistance, and the available frequency filters for adapting to different machine characteristics.
