4-Pin M12 Vibration Velocity Transmitter – HS-420 (Top Exit) / HS-420S (Side Exit)
The HS-420 / HS-420S is an industrial vibration velocity transmitter with a 4-20 mA output, specifically designed for machine condition monitoring. Its 4-pin M12 connector ensures a reliable electrical connection and contributes to the high IP67 protection rating.
It allows for direct connection to PLC and DCS systems, ensuring continuous vibration monitoring and early fault detection.
The sensor is ideally suited for use in dusty, humid, or demanding industrial environments.
Thanks to its robust stainless steel construction, the HS-420 / HS-420S is resistant to extreme conditions, including temperatures up to 120°C and mechanical loads up to 5000 g shock resistance.
The sensor is available in two housing versions:
- HS-420 with direct vertical output (Top Exit)
- HS-420S with side output (Side Exit)
It offers a wide range of mounting options for flexible and easy installation. The sensor covers a frequency range of 10 Hz to 1 kHz (±5%) and provides highly accurate readings for proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize machine availability.
